We believe in good health, continuing education, respect for time to be with loved ones – without distraction – & your financial security.
Our employee compensation & benefits attract new employees, retain current employees, & nurture them as they progress in their TDI career path. Over time, we developed and evolved the compensation and benefits package, molding it to fit the desires and requests of our staff.
This responsiveness led directly to our creative benefits package, available to all TDI full-time employees:

TDI offers employees a fully administered 401(k) plan for retirement, with a company match component. Employees can elect to invest a portion of their salary pre-tax in a variety of stock and bond mutual funds. As an added incentive for employees to save for retirement, TDI matches up to 3% of participant’s salaries. The Plan is fully automated, offering online access to check account balances, change deferral amounts, and change fund allocation.

Consequently, TDI established the TDI Innovation Program to foster creative thought and development of ideas, tools, and/or products that will support the growth of TDI. TDI provides monetary rewards to employees who submit a patent, obtain a patent, and hopefully commercialize the solution associated with said patent. This benefit is intended to help employees participate in the creative business growth of the company.
The TDI Titans program was established to promote technical excellence and practical application for industry and our clients. The Titans program strongly stresses technical superiority and talent development. Titans are to develop technical leadership to mentor other TDI team members and are expected to help shape the technical direction of TDI by applying solutions to real-world scenarios. The program itself is further defined and redefined each year by the Titans themselves at the TDI Titan Technical (T3) Summit. Employees must meet admission and participation requirements to become and remain a Titan.
