We’ve been busy here at TDI for the last month and we’ve been hard at work on producing some big content that we were finally able to announce. On March 24th, we released our latest nSights Report titled, “Cybersecurity Alignment and the Board.” You can find the link to the report and the press release further down below. Here are the highlights of our regular blog content, but keep an eye out on our blog page, Twitter, and LinkedIn to see the latest from us.

This month we’ve focused primarily on our nSights report, but that’s not all we have for you. We put together two blogs, the first being an analysis of the impact Omicron has had on businesses in their plans for returning to office work and the second is a follow-up post on cyber warfare throughout the Ukraine-Russia conflict that shook the world only one short month ago. More information can be found below, or by checking out each of those blogs individually.

[March 3rd, 2022] Remote work, hybrid collaboration, & how businesses are adapting to Omicron Perhaps outside of the industrial revolution in the late 1800’s, the last three decades has yielded the greatest shifts in workplace dynamics in history. In the relatively short span of some 30 years, we created entire new industries, automated other industries out of existence, and revolutionized our communication workflow in ways that we could only dream of. The latest shift in labor dynamics ranks up there with the best of them; the work from home revolution brought on by the threat posed by COVID-19. Seemingly overnight, whole industries that could move to a remote collaboration workflow flipped the switch and brought their entire business online. According to a survey administered in October 2020 by the Pew Research Center, 71% of workers who could work from home were doing so all or most of the time. [March 10th, 2022] Cyber Conflict and The Invasion of Ukraine The world has watched in shock over the last few weeks as the crisis in Ukraine has unfolded into all-out war with the invasion by Russian forces. While some may have thought and hoped that the situation would only escalate to simple saber rattling, the worst-case scenario has happened, and Eastern Europe is again at war. This time, the conflict is not confined to the battlefield; it is unfolding in cyberspace as well. On the eve of the invasion, machine-wiping malware and denial of service attacks targeted Ukraine government networks and systems, while Russian government websites fell to denial-of-service attacks not long after.
