TDI is incredibly pleased to share the hiring of its new Chief Operating Officer, Gail Rissler.  With this strategic maneuver, TDI has firmly cemented its executive team in preparation for continued growth over the years to come.

Gail will be assuming responsibilities for the growth, development, management and daily operations of TDI. This exciting move will enable TDI to provide additional resource and focus on further developing the market-leading cybersecurity performance management platform, CnSight, while enhancing TDI’s Services business through added attention to TDI’s customers and their mission.  Moreover, some of the key thought leaders at TDI will receive additional support in their outward-facing activities around publishing, speaking and otherwise significantly contributing to cyber innovation.

“Bringing Gail into our team ushers in another amazing growth milestone for TDI and furthers our commitment to position us as the dominant player in the cyber arena.  Her role brings with it more stability for TDI in the long-term, for both the health and wellbeing of our employees, as well as our business endeavors. In short, this is truly awesome and the final piece in a well-crafted plan to propel our already considerable growth. In combination with bringing on our CFO, Julie Morris, conveying CnSight into the market, and sharing with the cyber-world our Cybersecurity Performance Management framework, you’d better believe TDI is about to make some noise in the marketplace!”

~Paul Innella, TDI CEO

With experience spanning nearly 30 years, Gail has fulfilled a variety of roles, starting with leading technology implementations for large Defense, Civilian and Intelligence Community programs to serving as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Operating Officer, for small and large businesses alike.
